Shipping

Our goal is to ship your purchase within 2-3 working days of receiving your order, and you should normally receive your order within 10 working days, more or less, depending to your selected shipping option. If your US order has not arrived in the expected time, please use the Contact Us link on this site, or send email to bookstore@gobindsadan.org. However, with international shipping, there may be circumstances outside our control that delay your order, so for orders outside the US, please allow up to 12 days for your items to arrive before you inquire about your order.

Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the products ordered. Shipping charges are computed and displayed for all products featured on our Web site when you check out.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Returns

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products. All returned and exchanged items must be in original condition, unused, and accompanied by a sales receipt or invoice. Gobind Sadan Publications will accept returns for a full refund if returns are shipped within 30 days of the purchase date on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or credited. The purchaser assumes all shipping, handling, and insurance costs on returns. Please send items for return to:

If your package arrives with visible damage to the outer carton, save broken item(s) and packing materials in the original shipping carton and notify the carrier immediately to request a damage inspection. Alert us that you have a claim. After your claim is approved, we will replace the damaged goods. No allowance can be made unless this procedure is followed. Gobind Sadan Publications is not responsible for returned merchandise damaged or lost in transit.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once an order has been completed.

Refund Policy

If items approved for return are shipped within 30 days of the purchase date on your invoice, we will provide a full refund less shipping and handling charges on items returned undamaged.
